Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Compensation DOE: Up to $155K
A global manufacturing organization is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead process development for new product launches. This role is critical to driving first-time quality, lean production efficiency, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced, automotive-focused environment.
What you will be doing as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer:
· Lead end-to-end manufacturing process development for new programs.
· Achieve 99% First-Time Quality and drive lean process improvements.
· Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, quality, and operations.
· Lead equipment specification, procurement, and commissioning.
· Conduct PFMEA, develop control plans, and manage global business case inputs.
What you will need as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer:
· Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
·7+ years in advanced manufacturing (automotive preferred).
· Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and new product launches.
· OEM or Tier 1 experience, Green Belt certification, familiarity with IATF 16949 standards preferred.
· Proficient in CAD, MES, and project leadership.
