Job Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality dental care to patients in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Perform examinations, cleanings, and treatments for a wide range of oral health issues.
Diagnose dental conditions and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patients.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care techniques.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to industry regulations and standards.
Stay updated with the latest dental practices and technologies to enhance service delivery.
Participate in continuing education opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Doctorate in Dentistry from an Accredited DDS/DMD Program.
Successful completion of the National Dental Board Examination.
Valid dental license to practice in the state of Maryland.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of experience in a clinical dental setting.
Experience in performing various dental procedures, including restorative, preventative, and cosmetic dentistry.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Annual salary range between $250,000 and $350,000.
