What does a shift at Chick-fil-A as a Crew Member look like?

As a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A, your day starts with a team huddle to set goals, followed by prepping the dining area and counter for a welcoming guest experience. You’ll engage with customers during busy Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner rushes, taking orders with a smile, ensuring accuracy, and delivering “REMARKable” service at the counter or drive-thru. Between serving, you’ll maintain a spotless dining area, offer table touches for refills, and collaborate with your team to keep the pace lightning-fast and friendly.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile, create and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Consistency and reliability; MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Customer service-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multitask
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule ,including Saturdays
• Have the ability to lift and carry 20lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
