Schedule: Must be available for evenings and rotating weekends

MonFri: 8am9pm
SatSun: 8am4pm

What This Role Is All About
As a Front Desk Medical Receptionist, youll be the first point of contact for our patients. Youll help create a welcoming and efficient front desk experience while supporting our clinical team and ensuring smooth operations.
️ Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments
Verify insurance and collect co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance
Enter patient data and scan medical records into our EMR (Athena experience a plus)
Support the team by covering shifts during staff vacations or illnesses
Maintain a calm, organized front desk in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a medical receptionist (urgent care or primary care preferred)
Strong knowledge of insurance verification and benefits
Intermediate computer skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with Athena EMR is a plus
